Donnia Marie, professionally known as Donnia Labady, is the Founder, CEO, and Head of Creative at Imagine Ink Studios, where she leads the company’s bold storytelling vision across publishing, audiobooks, and screen.

A best-selling author, actress, and entrepreneur, she is the originator behind flagship properties like The Bennett Affair and The Beaumonts—projects she writes, produces, and stars in. With a mission to empower authorship, Black legacy, and narrative ownership, Donnia oversees all IP development, brand expansion, and creative execution across the studio’s multi-platform slate.

Dorothy Jacques is the Vice President of Strategy and Creative Development at Imagine Ink Studios, where she guides the studio’s long-term narrative vision and multiplatform content expansion. With a sharp eye for storytelling potential and a powerful intuition for market shifts, Dorothy leads the creative ideation, pitch architecture, and packaging of original IP spanning books, YouTube series, television, and film.

Her work shapes everything from original franchises and brand storytelling to the strategic evolution of existing titles like Shooter and The Champion Sisters. Dorothy also plays a key role in executive strategy, helping position Imagine Ink as a cultural force across platforms.

Tamara Lewis is the Chief Operating Officer at Imagine Ink Studios, where she leads the systems, timelines, and workflows that bring books, audiobooks, and screen projects to life. With over 20 years of experience supporting changemakers, storytellers, and cultural leaders, Tamara ensures that every story Imagine Ink touches is backed by structure, strategy, and purpose.​​​​​​​​​​​

IB Asanga is the Creative Development Assistant at Imagine Ink Studios, where she supports the conception, research, and execution of the studio’s
dynamic catalog of multi-format content. An award-winning storyteller with a global perspective, whose work has earned multiple awards across the
United States and Nigeria, IB brings a discerning creative eye and artistic precision to every narrative she helps shape.
At Imagine Ink, she collaborates with the executive team and creative partners to identify, cultivate, and elevate visionary IP across film, publishing, and
sound—advancing the studio’s mission to build powerful, culture-defining stories that transcend mediums and inspire audiences worldwide.

Sasha Tishman is the Executive & Studio Assistant at Imagine Ink Studios, where she supports the creative and production efforts behind the studio’s slate of original, cross-format projects. A bilingual, Mexico City–born multi-hyphenate, award-winning creative—author, screenwriter, development consultant, and digital creator—Sasha’s work champions bold, female-centered narratives that challenge convention and ignite meaningful social conversation. A Writing graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design with a minor in Film & Television, her projects have been recognized by ScreenCraft, Coverfly, and Roadmap Writers, amongst others, while her fiction and journalism have appeared in Apeiron Ediciones, CBR, and The Daily Fandom.​​

Miracle Gatling is an emerging media professional and operations assistant at Imagine Ink Studios, specializing in providing the operational support that allows creatives to reach their full potential. Throughout her early career, Miracle has combined her passions for empowering creatives and advancing mission-driven operations to drive organizational impact in independent media spaces. Her background spans journalistic and impact media; her work at Laura Flanders and Friends, WhoWhatWhy, and Freedom Group honed her skills in project coordination, systems management, and logistical support. Miracle hopes to continue her work with Imagine Ink Studios and fulfill her purpose of empowering creatives to do what they do best.​​

Nylah Andrews is the Marketing & Creative Strategist at Imagine Ink Studios, where she supports the studio’s mission to bring bold, diverse stories to life across publishing, audiobooks, and screen. A senior at the University of Rhode Island double majoring in Marketing and Graphic Design, she contributes to campaign strategy, brand development, and creative content execution. Passionate about storytelling, culture, and visual design, Nylah helps craft experiences that connect audiences to Imagine Ink’s narratives. Through her work, she hones her skills in marketing, creative strategy, and multimedia storytelling while amplifying the voices and visions of emerging creators.

Morgan Jones is the Social Media Operations & Content Producer at Imagine Ink Studios, where she supports the studio’s mission to bring bold, diverse stories to life across publishing, audiobooks, and screen. A screenwriter and social media producer pursuing an MFA in Screenwriting at DePaul University, Morgan is also the creator of an entertainment news style social platform. Morgan produces content covering industry updates, festival coverage, and interviews with Black actors, actresses and creatives at events like the American Black Film Festival. She also has a background in cinematography and communications from University of Memphis, and videography experience, including work for Pinterest, and is passionate about heightened diverse voices across screen and digital media.
